Location: | Mauritius 4 Star Hotels | Rating: | |
The style of Le Preskil can best be described as 'modern Creole' which is colourful, to say the least, and has plenty of traditional touches - wrought iron decorations ('broekie lace' to South Africans), thatch, shaped volcanic walls and reed ceilings (and sometimes walls). Don't be fooled though - the hotel is fairly new and contains a wealth of modern facilities. It has an easy, relaxed atmosphere (wearing of shorts to dinner is no problem to the management), three stunning beaches and superb lagoon frontage. It's a great family holiday place.
